Choice of ham or avocado with spinach, pickled red onions on cheddar biscuits with 2 poached eggs, in a house masde lemon hollandaise sause. Served with hash browns.

Croque Madame

Classic French grilled ham and Swiss cheese on marble rye bread, topped with Mornay sauce and fried egg.

Quiche Florentine

Pâte Brisée crust, eggs, spinach, Swiss cheese, choice of hash browns or salad.

Vegetable Frittata

Goat cheese, spinach, cherry tomatoes, served with hashbrowns and toast

Creme Brulee French Toast

Whipped cream and fresh berries.

Turkish Eggs

2 Poached eggs, creamy hummus, chili butter, zhoug, served on marble rye.

Avocado Toast

Avocado toast with 2 poached eggs, pickled red onions on toasted marble rye, served with hashbrowns. GF available upon request.

Mushroom Toast

Caramelized cauliflower puree, roasted rosemary cremini mushrooms, sauteed cabbage, poached eggs, parmesan cheese and pickled red onion. Served on toasted marble rye. GF available upon request.

Beef Brisket Hash

Slow roasted brisket with onions, mushrooms, gravy and 2 poached eggs. Served with hashbrowns and toast.
